We attempt to represent the classical wine making regions of France. Alastair Llewlyn-Smith of wine merchants, Thorman Hunt, has worked very closely with us to develop the wine list.

He involves himself not only in the training of staff, maybe involving trips to the growers of some of our more favoured houses, but his contagious enthusiasm has found him show-casing his wines at private dinners we have had at the restaurant.
